Return & Reshipment Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, we guarantee a one-time reshipment of your item(s).
Eligibility for Reshipment
To qualify for a reshipment:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or expected delivery date if undelivered).
• You must provide photo or video proof if the item was received damaged or incomplete.
• The original shipping address must be correct and verifiable.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
• All items are final sale and non-returnable.
• We do not issue refunds for any reason, including lost packages, damaged items, or delays.
